Sweet Dream Maple Farm

     Have you ever wanted to visit a maple farm?  This is the year!  Our family is inviting you to  our farm on  the edge of Genesee county in Darien NY where you can feel at home in our 200 year old barn and be comfortable while you learn more about how we collect and boil maple sap every spring to bring you the freshest maple syrup.  Can you imagine the smell and taste of bread fresh from the oven or a crunchy bite into a fresh picked apple well that is like the experience you’ll have as you taste maple syrup fresh from the evaporator while you’re here.   You will see our modern evaporator boiling sap with a wood fire just like they did centuries ago.  We will take you into our maple kitchen so you can see where all the goodies are made like maple cream and maple sugar shapes. 

     For the kids our farm has chickens and a highland cow who would love to be fed a bit of corn!  kids can run and play while here just like our grandchildren do.

     If you have trouble getting around we have easy access to an observation floor above our maple operation so you can see and hear how we make our syrup.

For lunch on maple weekends:  last two weekends of March, Marias Bene Cebo truck will be here with delicious food including maple hot dogs and maple cannoli, so good!
