Senior Camp (Grades 3rd - 6th)

Campers will join in camp ruach (spirit) and gain a sense of belonging while developing new skills through various camp activities. Campers will participate in weekly and camper’s choice activities, as well as have the opportunity to sleep at or away from our camp site and enjoy cookouts and weekly themed activities. Our Senior Campers will be the first age group to choose weekly chugim (hobby activities).
Grades 3 & 4: Yehuda יהודה
Yehuda campers may participate in Overnights, our special camper group-only theme nights with games, swimming, activities, a cookout dinner, and a (hopefully) sleep filled camp-out on the grounds. Third grade is the first time campers are able to ride the Zip Line!
Grades 5-6: Atid עתיד
Atid campers won’t want to miss our special overnight and fun activities. Fifth grade is the start of participation in the high ropes course program.

...Overnights (Yehuda)
Yehuda campers, based on weeks enrolled, will have an opportunity to participate in two overnights: special, camper-group only theme nights with games, swimming, activities, a cook-out dinner, and a (hopefully) sleep filled camp-out on the grounds. Please check our calendar for dates of Yehuda's overnights this summer.
...O.F.F. Days (Atid)
O.F.F. (Overnight, Field Trip, and Fun) days include an exciting local field trip, followed by an on-site overnight. Campers will also take one trip away from camp for an OFF-site overnight. Please check our calendar for dates of Atid's O.F.F. days this summer.
*Please note, if campers DO NOT wish to sleep over at Camp Centerland, they may be picked up directly from camp upon their return from the field trip in the evening.
**Also note, for the field trips, the entire unit will be travelling on these days. For any campers not attending the field trip, parents will need to make other arrangements for child care.
Camp Centerland Is Inclusive
Consistent with the JCC's mission; children with physical, mental and emotional challenges have been welcomed and included in our camp program. Early registration is strongly recommended. An interview is required so that we can understand and meet your child's needs.
