The School of Performing Arts is a shared creative home where we think critically, practice collaboratively, and explore inquisitively to spark growth, meaning, and community. By combining the constantly innovative nature of technology with traditional art and performance, we are breaking new ground in the realm of artistic experience.
The RIT Performing Arts Center is a state-of-the art venue serving both the RIT and Rochester communities. Located on the north side of campus between Institute Hall and the Golisano Institute for Sustainability, this 50,000-square-foot, four-story facility features 750 seats, two balconies, truck access, and a historic, restored theater pipe organ.
