Come one; come all to B&ECPL's Noon Year's Eve Party! Join us under the big top for games, crafts, snacks, a photo booth, and a noon countdown to ring in the New Year! Featuring a performance by In Jest Comedy Variety show with Nels Ross as you’ve never seen it before. Fun for the whole family. This year Nels brings the B-I-G-G-E-S-T props ever!
