GO BIKE BUFFALO - WORKING TO CREATE HEALTHY, ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE, COMMUNITY FRIENDLY TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS IN THE CITY OF BUFFALO
We are a bicycle advocacy organization with a number of programs, such as Recycle-a-Bicycle, Bicycle Parking program, and our Community Workshop. We work with municipalities to implement Complete Streets policies--designing and building streets that work for cyclists and pedestrians of all ages and abilities (not just cars). We also work on Safe Routes to School, a national program dedicated to getting more kids to walk and bike to school and making it safer to do so.
We just started the 3rd Annual Wheel-to-Reel Summer Film Series, free outdoor bike-in movies showing a bicycle-related film each Wednesday for 4 weeks. See our Calendar for details.
