Easter Cookie Decorating Class

If you are an aspiring cookie decorator looking for some simple instruction to get you decorating like a pro, or just looking for a fun afternoon out with friends, this class is for you! In this class, you will receive 12 cookies to decorate in a variety of Easter and spring design. Space is limited to give special attention to your questions and the learning process. We will go over basic flooding with royal icing, wet on wet techniques to give your cookies a professional look, and tips to work with stiffer icing for fine details. Cost will include all instruction, a royal icing recipe for you to practice at home, and a few tools for you to bring home to get started with your new cookie decorating skills. This class will last close to 3 hours. Minimum age to sign up is 10 – if your child signs up, there will not be room for you to sit along and help, so they must be either willing to take the class on their own, or feel free to sign up for an extra spot and join them.
