Buffalo Cake Pops

Established in 2012, Buffalo Cake Pops is a small custom bakery currently located in Blackrock in the city of Buffalo, that provides memorable and fun dessert options in Western New York. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, my passion for baked goods started with memorizing that basic homemade chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the Nestle Toll House chocolate chip packaging. Acquiring my grandparent’s Italian cookie recipes gave me a sense of urgency to perfect their recipes and capture the nostalgia that I still feel biting into one of their cookies today. After being in the kitchen constantly, my creative side still needed more tending, and hence my experimentation with cake pops began!
