David M. McCarthy Ice Arena, owned by The City of Batavia is located in Batavia, NY. Opened in 1978, the 24,000 square-foot facility features a NHL sized skating rink that is converted April through August to dry floor concrete sport court. The rink is complimented by two meeting/party rooms that support a variety of corporate and community functions as well as group outings/field trips, themed events, expos, trade shows, live shows and concerts.
