The museum's permanent collection includes of over 5500 pieces of mostly modern and contemporary art. Once a month Castellani Art Museum hosts Art Express. Children ages 6 to 12 to partake in fun-filled hands-on art making activities and gallery exploration with their loved ones. Each workshop includes a short talk about child-friendly museum artworks, and a guided story time. A teaching artist works closely with participants to foster the creation of customized take-home artwork.
Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University offers monthly art-making classes for children ages 6 to 12 on select Saturdays. Each month classes differ. We also hold our kids-n-arts summer camp from from mid-July to mid-August each year
