Family Guide to Transition Planning: Preparing Students with Disabilities for Life After High School

What are the options for my child after high school? How can I help prepare my child along the way?
Parents and families will learn about post-secondary options such as employment, education and independent living so that they can actively participate in the transition planning process for their child's journey to adulthood.
