Snap an image in front of a wintery scene created entirely out of balloons by ROC City Balloons. Play winter-themed board games, join story times by the make-believe fireplace, and enjoy snowball games and icy fun!
Don’t miss the chance to give a warm hug and take a photo with your Favorite Frosty Friend happening daily at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m.!
