During this half day camp, campers will see a new approach the platform and are empowered to discover the underlying mechanics of game development in a collaborative environment. They will also learn how to build and code immersive experiences and games using LUA coding. Includes a daily snack.

In this camp we will be using Roblox Studio, which is like a developer mode. It allows for the set up and creation of game environments, but it also allows LUA coding which the campers will be able to use to learn about code and add feature to the worlds that they create.

Interested in having your camper stay for the full day?

Check out our sessions of Intro to Python (which run during the other half of the day)! If you camper stays for the full day, we will be providing supervision from 12pm-1pm between the end time and start time of the two camps. During this time it is recommended that your camper bring a packed lunch to eat. We'll also be playing videos during the break or depending on the number of campers (and on the weather) we'll be going outside so they can eat their lunch while getting some fresh air.
