New Noon's Eve at the Central Library

Join the Childrens Room at the Central Library as we celebrate New Noon's Eve! Forget your normal ball drop and come join us for our bubble drop at 12 (noon) on December 31st! Afterwards we will have crafts and activities for families to do.
