L+M Hospital Summer Stride 5K & 10K
The community tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in a 5K and 10K road race for all ages and abilities.The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.

HMF FitKids: Bring the whole family and enjoy the kids run with options of a ¼ mile or ½ mile (for kids ages 2-11)!

HMF CAN: Please help give back to the local community. Donate nonperishable food in the HMF Can tent near Packet Pickup to support CT State Community College Three Rivers students through the School Food Pantry Program, supported by Stop & Shop to help alleviate food insecurity in communities.
