Our program is designed to Introduce young men and women that have never had the opportunity to be around horses.
Each session the campers will have an opportunity to have a thorough barn tour to get acclimated to the equine environment meeting each horse along with a variety of farm animals including goats chickens and rabbits.
Then progress into proper horse handling and grooming techniques learning body parts and equipment. From there we move to the riding section which teaches proper balance, core strength, and individual confidence as you learn to control your equine partner through a variety of activities.
Every rider is involved in getting their own horse ready and then putting them away and returning them to their stall this will include grooming, bathing and equipment maintenance.
Our program is not just limited to being around the horses we have a very Detailed and equine themed arts and craft section.
Along with focusing on equine anatomy and general care.
Rider fitness is very important, so we also have other fun activities to help our young athletes maintain good muscle tone in cardiovascular conditioning.
At the end of the day you'll find a fun family friendly environment that allows you to experience although wonder and magic that comes from being around hoses while giving you confidence, personal satisfaction coupled learning responsibility.
