Girls Lacrosse Camp

Open to girls entering grades 7-12. This is NOT A BEGINNER CAMP. Playing experience is required.
No food will be provided. Athletes should bring own snack and water bottle.
Hilbert College WLAX coaching staff, with the Hilbert women’s lacrosse players will be concentrating on helping potential student-athletes with lacrosse IQ, athleticism, stick skills (in tight in the CSA vs midfield vs defensive 30), shooting angles and precision, ground balls, communication, and footwork in different parts of the 30s.
This camp will focus on building on basics of lacrosse and implementing skills in various drills and game play to develop and advance your level of play! Playing experience required.
Campers will need to bring their own sticks, mouthguard, goggles, and cleats/turfs. Goalies need to bring their own sticks, helmets with legal throat guard protection, 2024 legal chest protector with heart protection, and leg protection (if dictated necessary by NFHS rules), and mouthguard.
**In the event of inclement weather, we will find an indoor space to move to. If the weather will be persistently severe, we may need to reschedule a day(s).**
