Professional guides from Adventures in Fitness will provide you with the top 10 essential items needed to prepare you for your next wilderness expedition. Activities include tent pitching, fire building competitions, trip planning, map/compass skills, hiking, wilderness first aid skills and canoeing/kayaking.
