This workshop is for parents struggling to get their kids to do what they need to do. Melissa Bildner, ADHD Parent Coach, partners with Westport Continuing Ed and offers strategies and tools that parents can use to foster connection with their children, whether or not they have ADHD or suspected ADHD. Parents will learn about a child's developing brain, how to change their perspective to get a better understanding of their child, the value of connection between parent and child and ways to communicate with their child using a growth mindset. This workshop is for you if you are ready to see your child in a new and positive light!
