Music Academy of Western New York presents "Something Rotten!" High School Division Musical
AGES
This show is for performers 13+
Pre-approval by staff for students aged 12 is required.
AUDITIONS
Auditions Friday September 25th & Friday October 2nd, callbacks Monday October 5th.
For auditions, please prepare 32 measures or 1 minute of any song FROM Something Rotten. We ask that songs are memorized. A cappella auditions will not be accepted, so please have an instrumental track prepared. We encourage you to choose a piece that reflects the character(s) you are most interested in and showcases your vocal range.
PRACTICES & PERFORMANCES
Practices runs Thursday and Sunday evenings.
Tentative start date, Thursday October 8th.
There will be 4 performances at Nichols Flickinger Performing Arts Center (We are currently looking at two weekends dependent on Nichols scheduling. January 9-10 or January 16-17)
