18th Annual Fall Festival

Join us at the 18th annual Fall Festival and celebrate “Sustainable Earth” with a full day of nature fun, demonstrations, live animals, food, music and more!

Join us at the 18th annual Fall Festival and celebrate “Sustainable Earth” with a full day of nature fun, demonstrations, live animals, food, music and more! A donation to Friends of Reinstein Woods is gratefully requested at the door to cover festival expenses. No registration required. The first 500 families receive a reusable cloth bag to take home, courtesy of M & T Bank (while supplies last).

Bring household alkaline batteries for recycling at the event! Also, we encourage people to bring an old t-shirt to make into a reusable shopping bag.  Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the festival.

  • Buffalo-Niagara Waterkeeper will be selling rainbarrels at the event

  • Face painting, costumed characters, door prize, and more!

Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper will have rainbarrels available for purchase.

Special Activities Include:

  • 10:30 and 12:30 ECO Hunt: K9 Demonstration 
  • 11:30 and 1pm Mama Earth
  • 12pm – 4 pm Get the Buzz on Bees: Fly on over to the Education Center to chat with a beekeeper at our observational bee hive. Learn about these important pollinators!
  • 1:30 and 3 pm Erie County Ranger Hikes
  • 2 pm: Forest Ranger Kennedy demonstration
