Tifft Nature Preserve

Tifft Nature Preserve is a 264-acre nature sanctuary dedicated to conservation and environmental education on Buffalo's Outer Harbor. Explore 5 miles of maintained trails for hiking and easy wildlife viewing. Tifft offers year round hands-on environmental education programs- from school groups to birthday parties and scout workshops. Facility rentals for private events in our recently expanded Visitor Center with beautiful views of Lake Kirsty are available.

Camp Turner

Helping young people (ages 7-16) discover God, nature and their place in the world. Located within Allegany State Park, we offer activities such as horseback riding, archery, hiking, arts and crafts, campfires and more. Our caring staff members build an inclusive environment that encourages the development of skills such as cooperation, teamwork and respect of self, others and nature. “Camperships" for families in need of assistance are available to ensure no child misses out on the meaningful experience of summer camp.
