World Puppetry Day Performance at the Central Library

Celebrating World Puppetry Day! Three amazing WNY puppet artists are featured in this special family program.

12 noon-12:45 p.m. Franklin LaVoie presents “A Deer Named Seuss.”

1:00-1:45 p.m. Josh Marcks, “Thinking on the Box: An Introduction to Japanese Cart Puppetry” interactive performance/workshop.

2:00-2:45 p.m. Michele Costa, TheatreFiguren, 4 short pieces: “River”, ”Between Tigers”, "Butterfly Sky”, & “La Loba.”

The program will take place on the second-floor Kids Activity Space next to the World War I exhibit.
