Summer Kidding Around Yoga Classes for Grades K-4

Experience some fun filled outdoor yoga classes for children in grades K-4 this summer!

Each week, will feature a new theme: Drum a Drum Yoga, Feathered Friends, Sunshine and Yoga Games. We will learn yoga poses, engage in mindfulness activities, practice playful breathing techniques and learn useful self regulation tools. Every class will end with a special guided relaxation time, that is always a class favorite! Music, games, stories and a weekly craft are incorporated. Classes are held in the lovely backyard at The Fountain Wellness Center in Williamsville. Space is limited.
