PEACE. LOVE. TOGETHERNESS! In this special workshop for moms and their kids in grades K-4, we will have fun exploring partner poses, breath awareness, yoga games, yoga poses to lively music, and some well deserved relaxation time too! We will also make a beautiful set of matted prints that celebrate you & your child! Snacks will be provided. Cost: $30/pair. $12 each additional child. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
