Maple Weekends at Sweet Dream Maple Farm

Our family is inviting you to visit our maple farm on the edge of Genesee county-conveniently located between Rochester and Buffalo in Darien, NY. Visiting a maple farm and tasting syrup fresh from the evaporator is just as exciting as walking through the apple orchard and grabbing the first bite of an apple picked straight off the tree. Inside our 200-year-old barn, you will find our two-story-tall evaporator, a modern system, yet one that uses wood fire just like maple producers have been using for centuries. You will feel at home as you learn how our family collects and boils sap every spring to bring you the freshest maple syrup. You can peek into our maple kitchen where we make all the maple treats such as maple cream and molded maple sugar. We have an easily accessible observation floor for those who would prefer to see the maple operation from above.

While visiting the maple farm you can visit with the farm animals. Our hen house is open and our highland cow loves to have visitors and be fed a bit of a corn. Just as our grandchildren do, we hope your family enjoys time simply running around the farm!
