Kenmore Children's Concert Series: American Legion Band of the Tonawandas

Held annually during the summer in the Village of Kenmore, it offers free concerts for families. This year, the series takes place every Tuesday at 6:15pm from July 8th -29th. Held on the Kenmore Junior Senior High School lawn, the concerts attract a large crowd, with hundreds of attendees at each concert and thousands throughout the series. Families from the Ken-Ton area and beyond, including Lockport, Hamburg, and even Southern Ontario, come to enjoy the free shows. Our goal with the concert series is to provide enjoyable and educational entertainment for families. We aim to engage children and adults through music, creating a passive learning experience. Each year, we curate a diverse lineup that showcases various musical styles and eras from around the world. This allows parents to introduce their children to a wide range of musical sounds while offering a fun, safe, and entertaining environment for everyone to enjoy.
