Fall- Outdoor, Socially Distanced Yoga Classes for Grades K-4

These outdoor, socially distanced yoga classes will include music, games on our mats, storytelling, crafts and more! Each week, we will practice strenthening and calming yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques and engage in a lovely guided relaxation time. In this yoga session, we will be focusing on stress management tools to help reduce back to school anxiety. Your child will create a mini yoga tool kit that they can use whenever they need a little break! Space is limited. Classes are held in accordance with CDC guidelines. Masks are required for check in and when leaving. Masks can be taken off during the yoga class. Parents are welcome to participate or stay, or to drop your child off if they are at least 6 years old. The cost is $30 for all 3 classes. Classes are held in the beautiful backyard of The Fountain Wellness Center.
