Rochester's 103 year old Public Market, located in the heart of Rochester. The Public Market is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 a.m. - 1 :00 p.m., and Saturdays from 5:00 a.m. to 3 p.m., year-round. The Market is open additional hours before and after holidays and on special occasions.

There are lots of great farmer's markets in Monroe County, and I was going to provide all of the information right here on this page...but the New York Farmer's Market web site really beat me to it. No need to retype the information when I could just link to it! Here are the days/times of Farmer's Markets, and below the list is a link to the locations and web sites:

Brighton: Sundays, 9am-1pm, June through October

Brockport: Sundays, 8am-2pm, mid June through October

Canandaigua: Saturdays, 8:30-12:30, in the "Mill Street Market" pavilion

Chili: Saturdays, 8am to 2pm, mid June through October

North Chili: Saturdays, 8am to 1pm, July through October

East Rochester: Sundays, 8am to noon, mid May through mid November
