Pumpkin Ice Cream PieWkids

Serves 8
Prep Time: 5 min, Freeze Time: 4 hours to overnight

1 quart vanilla ice cream, thawed
1 cup plain canned pumpkin
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
1 large graham cracker piecrust

1. Combine ice cream, pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and ginger in a medium bowl.

2. Stir; pour mixture into crust. Freeze 4 hours to overnight.
