Very Berry Relish
Makes 5 cups
Prep Time: 5 min, Chill Time: 2 hours
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans (16 oz ea) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp fresh grated orange peel
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Chill.
