HisssReviewed by Laura DavisQuick NotesAge: 4 years and up The GoalsComplete Snakes by matching colors. To PlayMix up all the snake tiles, then fan them out face down on a large table or on the floor. The youngest player draws a tile, and places it face up. The next player draws a tile. If there is a color match with the prior tile, the new tile is connected. If there is no match, the new tile is placed face up to start a new snake. ScoringThe player who completes a snake (head, body, and tail) claims the snake and says, “Hisss!” as he gathers up the tiles. The player with the most tiles at the end of the game wins.
CommentsSometimes our youngest family members might feel a bit left out of all the game playing fun. Hisss can be a great game for the littler ones, while being fun for the parents, too. Some families enjoy the game so much that they buy two copies, so that more and longer snakes can be built. The quality of the game tiles and the artwork are great.
