SUMMER HISTORY FOR KIDS – “Making Do in the Great Depression” at the Niagara County History Center

*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 08/03/2016
Our Summer History Program for Kids features a special historical theme for that session’s activities. Summer History is for children ages 7-12. Each day’s activities will run from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and be led by museum staff and volunteers. The cost for each weekly program is $20, which includes hands-on activities, craft materials, field trips and an afternoon snack. You will find discount coupons worth $5 off the registration fee in the Town of Lockport Recreation Department Summer Events booklet. Children should plan to bring a bag lunch and drink each day. Advance registration is necessary. Please call 434-7433 to register your child for these special days that make history (and learning!) fun.
