Ray Bradbury writes that “I define science fiction as the art of the possible. Fantasy is the art of the impossible.” But while science fiction and fantasy are focused on the future or an alternate reality, their visions are often a comment on our world right now. In this camp, we will be looking at what science fiction and fantasy have to say about our society through their visions of the possible and impossible. Participants will work on building their own science fiction or fantasy visions through texts or visual art.
