Kidding Around Yoga Family Class

Bring the entire family over the February school break for a fun, creative, and blissful yoga class!

There will be music, a game, storytelling with yoga poses, guided relaxation, and lots of joy and laughter as we stretch, build strength and cultivate calmness through yoga and mindfulness! No prior yoga experience is needed. All are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. Some extras will be available. To register, call The Fountain at (716) 906-3735 or stop by there. Pre-payment is required.
